Enclosure of the Commons of Pleasley 1748

We do allot, assign and appoint unto Hercules Clay and his heirs in respect of all his lands, tenements and hereditaments lying and being in the parish of Pleasley. One parcel of the said Commons (Numbered 34 on the map) containing 11 acres and 34 perches and we do Order, Direct and Appoint the said Hercules Clay and his heirs shall make, repair and maintain the fence on the East and West of the said intended inclosure and also 350 yards of fence on the Northside thereof, beginning to measure at the East end of the said piece or parcel of land herein before Allotted and Assigned to the said Hercules Clay aforesaid.
