Cooper of Pentrich - in partnership with 7 other men renting a farm from the Duke of Devonshire for a yearly rent of £45-10s. - Lands, meadows, pastures, called Suddington alias Swimmington, Milbon Meadow and parts of Stanyards 52 acres and Birthe- Leys 23 acres in Pentrich together with the houses and buildings.
